Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Welcome to Queue It Social. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Queue It mobile application or any of our websites (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Queue It Social.

By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we have reason to believe belong to underage users. Knowingly misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms.

2. What Queue It Social is

Queue It Social is a platform that allows users to gift drinks to friends at participating licensed venues. Queue It Social does not sell alcohol. All alcohol is sold and served exclusively by licensed venue operators. Queue It Social facilitates the gifting transaction only.

Queue It Social does not guarantee that a drink will be served. Fulfillment depends on venue participation, availability, and responsible-service laws. Venues may refuse service at their discretion, including to anyone who appears intoxicated, cannot produce valid ID, or is otherwise ineligible to be served alcohol.

3. Your account

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Queue It Social charges a service fee of approximately 5% per transaction to support the platform. Venue payout terms are set separately in the Venue Partner Agreement.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Prices are set by venue operators and may change at any time before purchase. The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay.

5. Refunds and cancellations

For refund assistance, contact support@queueitsocial.app.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, in some cases without prior notice.

7. Venue operators

Venue operators who list their establishment on Queue It agree to:

Venue operators are solely responsible for ID verification and responsible service. Queue It Social does not verify the age or identity of recipients at the point of redemption. Additional terms applicable to venue operators are set out in the Venue Partner Agreement accepted at onboarding.

8. Intellectual property

The Queue It Social name, logo, marks, and app design are owned by Queue It Social. You may not use them without written permission. All software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content provided by Queue It Social are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. User content

Content you post (profile photos, drink notes, messages, photos shared to the activity feed) remains yours. By posting content you grant Queue It Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Services for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.

10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of liability

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Queue It Social agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for the resolution of any dispute not subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@queueitsocial.app. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If we can't resolve it informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved in the courts described in Section 13. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via push notification or email. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
